Jeff joined Merkle in 2012 as leader of the Nonprofit Practice. He is focused on delivering outstanding results for world-class nonprofit clients in traditional direct marketing, online, and multi-channel offerings. Jeff came to Merkle from M+R Strategic Services, where he built a new division focused on helping nonprofits with multi-channel marketing and communications. Prior to M+R, Jeff worked at Defenders of Wildlife for six years, where he led their online efforts that generated more than one million advocacy actions and raised over $5 million online in one year. At Defenders, he also spearheaded the nonprofit's integrated, multi-channel approach. Before joining Defenders in 2004, Jeff spent 12 years in the private sector, including leading database marketing teams at Capital One and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Jeff received a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In 2000, Greg joined Merkle to establish the company's database marketing agency group, which focuses primarily on nonprofit and membership-based clients. Greg has nearly 25 years of experience in innovating, developing and implementing industry-leading database marketing strategies and solutions for many of the largest organizations in America. Prior to joining Merkle, Greg was a founding partner of a specialty-drug, mail-order pharmacy, and president of a direct marketing agency. An industry thought leader, Greg frequently speaks at various direct marketing and strategy conferences, and is a regular contributor to industry publications and Merkle's Donor Power Blog.

Curt joined Merkle in 2000. Prior to Merkle, he served in a variety of client and marketing roles for Xerox over the course of 15 years. From 2000 to 2010 Curt led various client teams in developing strategic fundraising plans for a number of agency clients, primarily in the faith-based, social service, international humanitarian and health sectors. Under his leadership, Merkle clients have experienced significant revenue growth. In his present role, Curt is leading the effort to engage and build partnerships with even more organizations – specifically faith-based nonprofits.
Curt has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys skiing, cycling and other adventure sports (which includes being the father of three young sons!).

Debbie is the Industry Executive for the Nonprofit Group at Merkle. In this role, Debbie is responsible for leading sales and business development for the nonprofit vertical and ensuring that Merkle’s expertise, strategies and tools are positioned to create solutions for our nonprofit clients. Debbie brings 25+ years of experience in direct marketing, sales, social responsibility programs, global program development, strategic planning, and consulting.
Prior to joining Merkle, Debbie was the VP of Sales and Marketing for Stratmark, a direct response fundraising agency. Before joining Stratmark, Debbie was the VP of Professional Services at Kintera, a provider of software and services to major nonprofit clients. Prior to Kintera, Debbie spent 18 years at EDS, the last three years as the Director of Global Community Affairs. Under Debbie’s leadership, EDS received the 2001 Points of Light Award of Excellence in Corporate Community Service. Debbie also served as a founding member of the “Business Strengthening America" taskforce, a corporate campaign for civic engagement and service sponsored by the White House. Debbie has served as a Board Member of several nonprofit organizations including, The U.S. Congressional Award for Youth, The JASON Foundation for Education and Young Audiences of North Texas. Debbie holds an M.A.in Organizational Communication from Baylor University and a B.A. in Communication and Public Relations from William Jewell College.

Bethany Bauman is the Senior Director of Digital Strategy for Merkle’s nonprofit group. Building on the company’s industry-leading fundraising agency services and full-service interactive capabilities, she oversees Merkle’s unique nonprofit digital offering aimed at delivering integrated eCRM programs for mid-sized and large nonprofits focused on building long term, multi-dimensional relationships with their supporters. Bethany has worked in nonprofit marketing communications and fundraising for more than ten years. Over the years she has served in various marketing and fundraising roles with top brands such as the Alzheimer’s Association, Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force and the American Diabetes Association. Before joining Merkle, Bethany focused on holistic eCRM within the Internet Strategy and Operations department of the American Diabetes Association. Bethany is a skilled marketer specializing in nonprofit eCRM strategy and implementation. She brings a unique nonprofit CRM perspective to Merkle clients which is fueled by professional evolution from local constituent service delivery staff to national enterprise-level digital strategic position to digital consultant.
