In its second year, the 2012 Merkle Analytics CRM Exchange focused on its theme of Customer Intelligence through Analytics: Leveraging analytics to create sustainable competitive advantage.  The Exchange brought industry peers together with the purpose of sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas regarding new analytic methodologies, solutions and techniques.    

Through a series of presentations and group discussions, Merkle and guest speakers focused primarily on marketing applications, and looked specifically at the role of advanced analytics in optimizing marketing results through the application of data driven decision making.
