
The focus of the 2012 Summit will be “Creating Sustainable Competitive Advantage through Customer Strategy as a Business Strategy.” Each year, the goal of the Summit is to foster a collaborative dialogue, challenge conventional wisdom, and create new insights. This year’s Summit attendance is expected to exceed 2011 registrations, as we will be augmenting the general sessions with capabilities and industry-oriented collaborative breakouts.
