Now in its 7th year, Merkle’s Annual CRM Executive Summit brings together senior marketing executives from Fortune 1000 companies and leading nonprofit organizations for two full days of learning, collaborative dialogue and networking with colleagues from other world-class organizations.


Merkle is excited to be hosting this year’s event in South Beach, June 7-9, 2010 at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. The Summit is a complimentary event including session admittance, event functions and meals. Merkle guests are only required to cover their hotel and travel expenses.


The theme of this year’s Summit is "Building Your Customer Strategy as a Business Strategy," and will provide attendees with actionable ideas for elevating their organization’s marketing programs to achieve greater ROI through maximizing the value of the customer portfolio. Each year, the goal of the Summit is to foster a collaborative dialogue, challenge conventional wisdom, and create new insights.
