Rick Gross is executive vice president and chief financial officer at Merkle. He is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s finance and accounting functions. Merkle’s Response Management Services business also reports to Rick. He brings to Merkle more than 20 years of related experience at both private and public companies.
Rick joined Merkle in 2006, after serving for four years as vice president of ARC International Corp., a business advisory firm. Prior to that, he served as chief financial officer of a global technology company and a regional staffing firm. Rick has held a number of senior-level management positions at Hechinger Company, a NASDAQ-listed national retailer, including senior vice president, corporate controller, director of investor relations, and senior vice president, real estate.
Rick began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and served on the NASDAQ Listings and Qualifications Panel for 10 years. A certified public accountant, Rick is a graduate of Syracuse University and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
