Merkle University
Started in the 90s, Merkle University (aka MU), has grown into a full-fledged employee-training program. Earn credits either by attending or presenting MU courses and then apply those credits to your personal performance goals. It’s a great way to realize Merkle’s vision to translate personal growth into professional productivity.
Mentoring Program
A big part of our learning culture is the Merkle Mentoring Program, a 6-month structured plan that helps our employees enhance their development by getting plugged in to a successful peer mentor.
