
Jason leads Marketing Solutions’ Business Systems Analysis capability, which focuses on eliciting and documenting the business and functional requirements of a CRM solution. Business systems analysts serve as cross-functional liaisons for the immediate solution team and Merkle clients as well as across Merkle operating groups involved in the total solution offering. Jason has a passion for ensuring business and technical requirements are well understood and effectively brought together in a comprehensive CRM solution platform.
Before joining Merkle in 2008, Jason spent 7 years in the data-driven and performance marketing industry. Jason held key roles at Harte Hanks, OgilvyOne, and LinkShare. Prior to that, Jason spent several years with MicroStrategy, an industry-leading business intelligence vendor. Throughout his career, Jason has gained extensive experience in solution design and delivery, consulting, and marketing technology. He has also had the opportunity to work in several industry verticals, including retail, pharmaceutical, insurance, and financial services.
Jason is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, holding dual bachelor degrees in physics and political science. Jason lives in Rhode Island and is based in Merkle's Marlborough, MA office.
