Paul Evers

Paul is Chief Client Officer (CCO) for Merkle/CXM Americas. In this role, Paul is responsible for the growth and development of all Merkle/CXM clients through the alignment of customer experience solutions, services and products to meet their business needs. As CCO, Paul will lead the Client Leadership Group to provide the skills, capabilities and processes required to deliver exceptional client and team experiences.
 

Paul has over 20 years of both client and agency experience in the delivery of integrated engagement strategies through analytics, data, and technology enablement. Paul began his career with eight years in consulting at both Ernst and Young and Diamond Management and Technology Consulting and prior to joining Merkle, he held executive client and agency leadership roles focused on business transformation.
 

Paul completed his MBA at MIT’s Sloan School of Management with a specialization in technology and business transformation.
