Merkle and the Dentsu Aegis Network is in search of a highly detail-oriented Sales Enablement Data Administrator for temporary assistance in preparing our Altify tool for pilot deployment across our integrated account growth teams. This requires extremely careful and accurate input of data from multiple sources into the Altify tool. The Data Administrator will follow detailed instructions on what data goes where and how it should appear, ensuring the data is entered correctly, and taking the time to double check the work, asking questions whether the data looks “wrong.” The Data Administrator may also have the opportunity to be involved in helping to create Relationship (client side and internal DAN Contact annotated organizational charts) and Opportunity (white space) maps in Altify to bring to life opportunities to grow the Accounts through relationships and cross-brand collaboration. This position is an excellent opportunity to be trained by professionals and learn about the Altify tool and how data is used to strengthen strategic partnerships, collaborate cross-brands and increase sales.
- Accurately pulling and entering data from multiple sources including the Sales Enablement Research Team in China, reports pulled from Salesforce, and potentially from Word Documents or email responses on cross-brand surveys
- Learn the Altify tool and related data points and entry
- Meet deadlines for deployment stages
- Continuously and carefully double-checking work
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Comfort with large data sets and small but crucial details
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) August 1 to September 30
