Job Description:

As a Client Service Account Manager at Axis41, you will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of a variety of custom marketing campaigns for Adobe, a leading company in the high-tech industry. You will manage multiple projects at once and will be responsible for their success relevant to timeline, budget, scope while meeting business requirements and strategy. You must be proactive with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as confident in your ability to stay meticulously organized and keep your projects moving forward.

The following are primary responsibilities of the Client Service Account Manager:

Project Planning/ Management

  • Develop and document project plans to include scope, schedules, timeline and budget; closely monitor and adapt plans throughout the lifetime of assigned projects
  • Closely monitor budgets, establish project plans and processes to avoid and/or resolve scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues
  • Responsible for the management of the operational health of assigned projects with special attention to resource utilization and forecast planning
  • Accountable for the execution, management and quality control of assigned projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budget

Client Communication / Management

  • In partnership with the Account team, serve as a client interface on projects to report status, manage expectations and more
  • Conduct and lead kick-off and status meetings regularly with clients and the internal team; ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders at all stages of every project
  • Proactively communicate with clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions
  • Serve as point of escalation both internally and with clients for assigned projects
  • A Bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of hands-on project management experience
  • Agency/client-facing experience highly preferred
  • Strong writing/communication skills as a team leader and team player
  • Adaptability and flexibility with regard to changing client priorities, deliverables and timelines
  • Must be extremely organized and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to QA projects and deliverables
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experienced with MS Outlook and the MS Office Suite
  • Experienced with Mac operating systems
  • Experience with project management software solutions is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Adobe suite of solutions is a plus
