The Manager / Sr. Manager, Strategy & Financial Modeling will work alongside our experienced Strategy team playing key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge, interactive promotions & loyalty programs that enable our clients to build strong, enduring relationships with their most valued consumers. By combining marketing expertise, business analysis, and problem solving you will set the strategic direction for leading global brands – such as Coca-Cola, Starbucks, L’Oréal, and Samsung.
You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally across a team of strategists, analysts, engineering, and client stakeholders in delivering comprehensive consulting engagements across a dynamic portfolio of clients.

- Lead project phases, own engagement deliverables and act as a key strategic advisor to senior client leadership
- Develop and validate growth/acquisition and loyalty strategies across the customer life cycle that drive sustainable, emotional connections between consumers and brands
- Build & optimize Excel-based financial models to help clients estimate economic implications of a loyalty programs
- Run modeling scenarios, QA, sensitivity analyses, validate assumptions to ensure reliability in forecasts
- Analyze customer data, such as transactional and promotional data, extract insights in support of strategic approach
- Storyline quantitative data into clear, thoughtful slides for client presentation
2-5 years experience in strategy / consulting, with data and/or finance modeling experience
Strong Excel & financial modeling skills with experience in analysis of large data sets
A quantitative background with a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
Strong communicator, with experience presenting complex data and financial results in clear, clean and concise formats
Analytical & critical thinking skills – able to interpret results, understand implications & take remedial measures
