    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Creative Strategy Manager to join our Creative Performance team. Reporting to the Sr. Director/VP of Creative Strategies, you will develop the Personalization and Optimization plan for a client's creative strategy, including display, paid social, or email channels. Upon creating the strategy, you will oversee the continued improvement and execution of the approach. This position is remote, with a preference in Chicago or New York City.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead audience and insights
      • Use insight tools to develop meaningful audience insights that improve relevance into creative programs and create Audience Insights maps for targeted audiences.
      • Partner with teams to convert audience insights into Positioning Prisms and Message Blueprints. Be the "voice of the audience" in these strategic conversations.
      • Develop insights on competitive positioning and in-market creative tactics. Communicate insights to internal and client partners and use insights to improve clients' creative strategy.
      • Develop strategic briefs, communicate test approaches to teams, and ensure accurate and high-quality execution.
    • Learning agenda management and execution
      • Coordinate with other agency teams to ensure sound execution and measurement of test plan recommendations
      • Maintain reporting/tracking of all test results to internal and client partners
      • Monitor in-market test results. Along with senior creative strategist, develop recommendations for testing next steps and present recommendations to internal and client partners.
    • Dynamic creative optimization management and execution
    Qualifications:
    • 4 + years of marketing experience, with exposure to client strategic approaches
    • Experience communicating integrated marketing solutions to internal and client audiences in B2C and B2B organization
    • Knowledge (in an agency or marketing capacity) of multiple of the following industries: consumer products, financial services, insurance and wealth management, travel, media and entertainment, health care, pharma/life sciences, and non-profit.
    • Passion and desire to understand current trends and capabilities in performance media and CXM, including responsive content strategy and development, display paid social media, and new trends in addressable media.
    • Experience working with analytic teams, interpreting results, and developing applicable insights.
    • Comfort and experience working within a matrixed organization in roles with a wide degree of latitude.
    Additional Information:

    For individuals assigned to and/or hired in Colorado, the anticipated salary range for this position is $ 50,000 - $ 75,000, which is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other job-related qualifications. Pay ranges in locations other than Colorado may differ based on labor market wage rates in those locations.
