Merkle and Namics to join forces


We are excited to announce that Namics is set to become a Merkle company, subject to the FCO's merger control clearance, expanding our capability and geographic footprint in EMEA. An important step in our global expansion, Namics complements the skills and expertise in Merkle’s already established customer experience and technology enablement practice, adding scale in the areas of business transformation strategy, digital consulting and technology implementation.


The deal is subject to approval from the German competition authority.
