Merkle achieves Elite Partner status with Bing

The Merkle | Periscopix partnership with Bing is now in its 13th year. With our Bing certified search team of 50+ account managers equipped to deliver performance driven, data centric marketing campaigns, on the world’s 2nd largest search engine, it’s safe to say our partnership is stronger than ever.

Recognised as an elite partner on the Bing network, Merkle | Periscopix have been granted access to services not available to the majority of EMEA agencies. From bespoke training, delivered by Bing product managers to engineer support for technical request and early feature adoption, our search team are better informed and equipped to formulate innovative solutions for our clients.

Through our partnership we’ve spearheaded several different initiatives all of which are ultimately focused on delivering results for our clients. The most recent of these initiatives was the pilot launch of Bing’s online Support Hub. The first of its kind, this online support portal gave us direct, unrivalled, access to the Bing Engineering Team. Query to solution time was slashed allowing for the more efficient use of account manager time on performance driven optimisation and strategy.

For our clients, this unique partnership has delivered quantifiable results across a number of diverse verticals. Working closely with Bing Shopping specialists, we’ve seen a steady uplift in the number of clients using Bing Shopping, meaning we’re now the largest EMEA agency to have clients running this campaign type. This not only benefits our clients by putting them at the forefront of the fast improving Bing Shopping experience, but has also benefitted one client in particular with higher CTRs in comparison to another search engine.
