Senior Marketing Analyst

About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Analyst must bring a passion for creative and analytical thinking, ad-serving and reporting know-how. They must also be a team player with a willingness to collaborate on a variety of projects, as well as an efficient and independent worker. The ideal candidate will have a track record of facing problems smartly with confidence, overcoming obstacles with limited time or resources, and maintaining composure under pressure. Responsibilities include working closely with the account team to track, monitor, and optimize live campaigns to maximize performance.
Establish and manage data integrations, while driving data visualization recommendations for client reporting; showcase media performance through the use of Datorama
Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted
Assist with lead generation/lead nurturing programs across multiple channels, analyzing results, distilling data from analytics, and recommending improvements
·Work collaboratively with channel teams to recommend modifications and optimizations and inform insights and strategy
Mentor and train younger staff to ensure team synchronization and best practices are adhered to across US operations
3+ years’ data analytics experience
1+ years marketing or advertising experience, preferably at an agency, media, or technology company
BA or BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Experience managing projects and/or teams both in office or across offices
Ability to use vlookups, nested formulas, and pivots against data in Excel
Ability to work within site analytic platforms such as Google Analytics (Premium) or Adobe
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and have creative problem-solving dexterity
Understanding of online advertising industry, text links, rich media display products, and campaign success metrics; media buying/selling preferred
Experience executing or troubleshooting tag management tools such as GTM or DTM a plus
Familiarity and/or prior experience with Datorama, DoubleClick, DatXu, Google Adwords, Marin Software, etc. a plus
