Project Manager

1. Preparing weekly status reports and conducting reviews with the client
2. Act as the first point of escalation for clients, managing escalation communication and resolution path
3. Create integrated project plans and track completion of milestones/deliverables across multiple workstreams (data integration, SFMC)
4. Proactively manage client availability on upcoming milestones
5. Ability to effectively communicate with client teams and project leadership regarding project timelines and updates, new client onboarding efforts, change requests, and issue disposition
6. Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and out-of-scope items, and ensure escalations are raised appropriately
7. Email platform implementation experience, preferably with SFM7
8. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project
9. May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job
10. Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignment
11. Completes a variety of atypical assignments
12. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
13. Solves a range of straightforward problems
14. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedure

2. Provides regular updates to manager on project/account status
3. Performs complex and varied tasks
4. Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
5. Guides and supports junior team members; may assist in their formal orientation and training
