As a Martech Advisory member, the profile will supervise technically our Salesforce Marketing B2B/B2C projects with our most strategic clients,
consulting them during the workshops, ensuring best practices are applied towards a smoother GTM transition.
A Martech Advisor will be also responsible for the technical endeavor during pre-sales phases, with activities such as project estimation,
feasibility study, project phasing in multi-brand and multi-market rollouts, design thinking. A Martech Advisor will also follow internal knowledge-sharing activities to make the other teams grow faster.
・Project involvement as technical advisor for guiding the clients' roadmap of implementation
・Project scope definition and consulting role showing tactical quick wins to the clients
・Being the Go-To-Person for the teams and the clients, within large projects, for channel activation through 3rd party apps or custom implementation
・Technical analysis for Salesforce marketing B2B and B2C pre-sales activities
・5+ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot
・Strong knowledge of all modules of Marketing Cloud and Pardot, with a basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM
・Architectural experience and design thinking approach, focused on standard first
・Deep Knowledge of integration IN/OUT for Salesforce Marketing platforms
・Technical leadership within complex client structures and ecosystems
・Experience creating audit documents or project materials in PowerPoint
・English proficiency (French or German considered as strong assets)
・Basic knowledge of Commerce cloud use cases with Salesforce marketing platforms
・Writing skills for internal knowledge sharing documentation and company blog posts
・Knowledge of analytics topics, such as marketing KPIs, ROI, omnichannel tracking architecture
