Senior Project Management Officer (PMO)

What we are looking for:

A Senior PMO responsible for the development, enhancement and establishment of new project management standards and processes to expand the PMO service offering to ensure the right capacity for Quality Assurance, Risk Management and Process Improvement.

Job Description:
  • Provide the functions, services, and tools necessary to execute the strategies and deliver them in a way that contributes to measurable performance improvements
  • Provide all tools and reports required by the standard to monitor projects, programs and customer accounts and take over responsibility for recurring execution of defined administrative tasks for the duration of the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with the rules during all the project life cycle
  • Processes, policies, and standardization

Risk Management:

  • Ensure consistent risk management and project management practices by developing and distributing guidelines and specifications, models, and training if necessary
  • Determine the quantitative or qualitative value of risk related to a concrete situation
  • Ensure quality assurance, quality control and quality advice to meet customer satisfaction objectives but also to remain in compliance internally and legally

Monitoring & Controlling:

  • Supervise the company's project portfolio and identify KPIs to follow closely to mitigate the impact of risks.
  • Align organizational structure and objectives with taking care of reducing cost & improving quality.
  • 4+ years working experience with minimum 2 years experience as a PMO, Project Management and/or similar.
  • Fast learner, Driven, curious, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Possess outstanding analytical thinking, multi-tasking work habit, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with a hands-on CAN-DO attitude.
  • Good presentation skill and communication skills.
