Job Description:

Join Merkle's Media team to execute personal and immersive digital media experiences across all major platforms. Apply an understanding of consumer journeys and brand performance, as well as platform-specific technical tools and insights, to activate best-in-class marketing campaigns and deliver effective results across all media channels.

As an Associate, you will focus on the planning, implementation, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for the tactical execution of campaign performance and strategies to ensure on-time delivery and communicate initiatives to help achieve client goals. 

Candidates will be assessed for their fit in various types of Media roles including but not limited to:

Associate, Paid Search: Plan and execute search campaigns, including account setup, campaign builds, daily optimization, bid strategy development, and budget pacing. Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including keyword and targeting strategies, and campaign revisions based on performance history and our client's goals.

Associate, Display: Assist with setup and management of display campaigns in platforms inclusive of DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Verizon) and / or paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter).

 

Qualifications:

·        College degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline OR relevant experience

·        Be comfortable with quantitative analysis and data insights

  • Well-versed in the core MS Office suite programs and an intermediate to advanced user of Excel including the ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables
  • Critical thinker able to identify areas of underperformance and present logical and creative solutions
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Desire to learn the media industry with potential for growth into management roles and train and mentor junior team members
  • Extra credit! Experience with Google Ads (for Paid Search roles); Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Ads (for Paid Social roles); DoubleClick (for Display roles); and HTML editing, CMS programs (for SEO roles).
