Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to oversee production operations for multi-channel marketing solutions. The role oversees the day-to-day operations and team supporting the solution and ensures on time and on budget delivery of our production solutions

  • Provides day-to-day leadership over the assigned account delivery teams across multiple disciplines
  • Knowledgeable of marketing databases, campaign management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service offerings and capabilities
  • Identify solution and process improvements, and manage implementation of those enhancements
  • Solid understanding of project management techniques and best practices for risk, issue and change management
  • Oversees the delivery of our client contractual commitments to ensure adherence to scope and change management
  • Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively manages resources, including staffing plans, performance feedback and setting work expectations
  • Monitor and manage project financials, deploying risk mitigation strategies as required
  • May require up to 30% travel required by client and business development needs.


  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing and organizing mid to large scale multi-channel database marketing technology and CRM solutions
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, identity management and campaign management concepts and processes
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc) and CRM platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Marketo, Redpoint) a plus
  • Experience working with Healthcare/Pharma clients is a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency at analyzing resource utilization, staffing, salaries, and margins of work sold to drive the correct profit and margins.
  • Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills. Microsoft Project experience a plus
