At Merkle we are incredibly passionate about Diversity & Inclusion both in our recruitment efforts and internally. We made a conscious effort to ensure this D&I push was not just from leadership but from our employees themselves. Luckily, we have an extremely engaged workforce that are more passionate than anyone about this movement.
Therefore we created Diversity & Inclusion pillars. All pillars are run and lead by a team of employees and a leader that feel a personal connection to that pillar's purpose. The team are responsible for planning initiatives, events and training to engage and educate our workforce. The pillars are:

- Mental Health
- Social Mobility
If you too share a passion for any of the above areas, you are welcome to join a pillar of your choice when you start. New ideas, interest and enthusiasm are always encouraged!
As we progress and develop as a company, you will too. Within our fast-growing company, there’s plenty of opportunity to develop your skill set and you’ll be encouraged to be curious and share new ideas. There are fantastic structured training programmes available for our junior joiners to ensure that you are taught the things you need to know. You'll be constantly encouraged to develop new skills and continue learning as the industry is forever changing. You'll have access to our interactive learning platforms, including Merkle University. We know the importance of investing in our employees learning and development.
We all work hard to ensure that we're fulfilling our potential and keeping up with this fast-moving industry, but we have a great time doing it! We provide breakfast for our employees so you start your day right! There's a constant supply of fruit (and biscuits) thoughout the day - and usually birthday cake! The fun doesn't stop when the work day's over! We have lots of social events throughout the year: painting classes, treasure hunts, cocktail evenings, ping-pong, musical bingo, city tours, Bake Off and mini-golf. Not to mention our fantastic Christmas party!
What's your dream? Traditionally, Merkle have a pot of money which is exclusively given to employees who have expressed a desire to achieve a goal. No matter what your dream is - swimming with sharks, taking your mum on a nice holiday or building a school in Africa - you're always in with a shot of winning!

As well as being the best in the business, our employees are always up for a good time and will really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and included.
We're committed to ensuring that you're trained and supported whilst working on exciting and challenging projects. Our employees are driven, enthusiastic and intellectually curious, so we know that our employees expect big things from us, as we do them! We've created a collaborative and open culture across our offices in the EMEA region. There's always someone interesting to make your brekkie next to in the morning and new colleagues to meet at our endless company social outings.
