May 20, 2014
Columbia, MD

Merkle (www.merkleinc.com), a leading technology enabled, data driven customer relationship marketing (CRM) firm and the nation’s largest privately-held agency, today announced keynote speakers for its eleventh annual CRM Executive Summit, being held June 2-4 at the The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay in Half Moon Bay, California.

The theme of this year’s CRM Executive Summit focuses on the evolution of Connected CRM™ and specifically, The Rise of the Platform Marketer: Connected CRM in a Digital World. Keynote speakers for the event include Richard Alfonsi, VP, Global Online Sales for Twitter; Bryan Schroeder, Product Marketing Director of Facebook; and Dan Taylor, Director, Global Display for Google. In addition to the keynote addresses, the Summit will offer a number of joint presentations featuring Merkle thought leaders, together with industry insiders from world-class brands such as MetLife, Guthy|Renker, Protective Life Corporation, Regions Bank and others.

This year’s sessions will discuss the massive opportunity of addressability at scale and the new skillset required to become a successful Platform Marketer. Attendees will learn how to make effective use of the addressable audience platforms and the “always-on consumer,” who engages with brands through digital media and channels, across multiple screens and platforms, 24/7.

“The highly dynamic platforms, such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter, are designed to deliver the experiences consumers seek while creating an addressable marketing stage for advertisers,” said Jeaneen Andrews-Feldman, SVP, Marketing for Merkle. “Merkle’s clients and key prospects will leave the exclusive event equipped with the knowledge, tools and strategic approach necessary to harness the power of these platforms and build a truly customer-centric business strategy that will result in competitive advantage.”
