Acquired by the global agency Merkle in 2017, the Spanish consulting firm completes its rebrand process to become Merkle Spain.
MADRID 6th October, 2020: Merkle (www.merkleinc.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company, and part of dentsu, has announced that the Merkle | DIVISADERO integration has been completed and the national consulting firm, a leader in data and technology, will now become Merkle Spain.
Today's announcement is the culmination of a process where the expertise and know-how of two leading performance marketing companies have been integrated to support clients to meet fast changing consumer expectations and the technology landscape. Merkle is redefining the future of performance marketing globally and constantly looking for new ways to use data and technology to support clients on their customer experience transformation journeys.
From now on, the company operates as Merkle in the Spanish market, an important step in its strategic positioning and value proposition to help clients deliver a total customer experience across every interaction they have with a brand.
Since its acquisition, the company has experienced sustained growth both in its business and in the consulting services provided by more than 180 professionals, from the company's offices in Gijón, Madrid and Barcelona. A large team of experts specialised in data collection, analysis, orchestration and activation, customer strategy, customer experience, digital strategy and technology consultancy.
