Merkle scoops silver at Campaign’s Agency of the Year

London, 11 March 2021: Merkle (www.merkleinc.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management company and part of dentsu, has been awarded Silver in the   Performance Marketing Agency category at Campaign’s Agency of the Year 2020.

 

Merkle was shortlisted in all of the three categories it entered: Customer Engagement Agency; Integrated Marketing Agency and; Performance Marketing Agency. It was the only agency to achieve three shortlists in the contest. Other shortlisted agencies in these categories were: Wunderman Thompson, MRM, Oliver; Rapp; Manifest, Ogilvy UK, Stein IAS, The & Partnership UK; VCCP and Croud.

 

Merkle takes the silver following a strong performance in 2020, during which it posted growth and proactively supported clients to accelerate and shift strategies during the pandemic. It also pivoted its own proposition to become a leading Customer Experience Management company, supporting clients on their customer experience transformation programmes in order to deliver a total customer experience across all interactions a consumer has with their brand.
