Neil Westlake-Guy is Transformation Solution Lead (VP) of Merkle EMEA.
Neil’s primary focus is on helping our clients organise themselves in order to deliver successful Customer Experience Management (CXM) and create sustainable customer value and growth. He and his team do this by consulting with clients on their people and culture, capabilities and processes. In so doing, he enables transformation to the right operating model for now while understanding how to stay adaptable and scalable for the future. The resulting strategic partnerships formed with Merkle ensure that clients are able to unlock the value from their data, technology and analytics.
Prior to joining Merkle in January 2021, Neil spent 30+ years client-side mostly with some of the biggest brands in financial services, including Bank of America and American Express, and most recently at HomeServe UK, where he was Director of Digital and Director of Customer Marketing. In this role he was responsible for maximising the value of their products for both customers & the business and leading a transformation of HomeServe's digital services and capabilities. He brings expertise in leading business and marketing transformation, customer experience and value management, and he is adept at driving the development of insight-driven strategy, along with new customer, marketing, product and digital capabilities, programmes and experiences. He also has a personal passion for creating positive and inclusive organisational culture around mental health and wellbeing, and spent a year on the Executive Team at MHFA England social enterprise immediately before joining Merkle.
