The business is thriving, not least in our Reporting & Analytics team, which you have the opportunity to become part of. There are currently eight consultants in the team who specialize in configuring, collecting, visualizing and analysing data from a to z. The purpose is to optimize customers' businesses through data, reporting, insights and activation. The team primarily operates within the Google and Adobe platforms and has many crossroads with other parts of the house, including MarTech, Advanced Analytics, SEO, App Stack and Commerce.
We are currently experiencing a high demand for projects concerning data warehouses, ETL jobs and data piping. For example, moving data from a campaign system such as Responsys (extract) into BigQuery (transform) and from there into a presentation layer such as Data Studio (load).
If you like working with data in data warehouses and is keen on getting the right data flowing it and making sure it gets extracted in the proper way, it might be you we are looking for! Since the dynamic and flexible nature of the agency there will be other tasks too (e.g., in the Google or Adobe stack or other tools related to the analytics space); or maybe something new you bring to the table that would be of interest to our clients?
You never walk alone in Merkle. We work in teams with meaningful sparring across skills and disciplines – and you will always have a buddy by your side. In your practice team are some of the best in the country, and with your client teams you create ultimate customer experiences in close cooperation with commercial talents, creative enthusiasts and dedicated developers.
You come from a similar position, maybe even from an agency, and even though you still have something to learn, you have solid and relevant experience to draw on. It is natural for you to work with customers and with colleagues, across competencies and specializations. You have excellent communication skills and can present and explain complex solutions in an easy-to-understand way - both to customers and colleagues.
We expect the following resonates with you:
- You have experience working with data warehouses e.g., with Microsoft Asure, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift etc.
- You have experience working with data visualization e.g., in Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker etc.
- You have experience in how to orchestrate and pipe data across systems
- You know SQL and how to query data
- You can establish and systematize processes to investigate, validate and ensure that the data quality is correct based on the technical and organizational prerequisites.
- You have a technical and analytical mindset and like to work with analyses and numbers - and find connections in data.
Is your heart racing a little now? If you can see yourself in all this – both the job and being part of Merkle – we would love to hear from you.
Please send us your CV or an updated LinkedIn profile.
There is no application deadline, finding the right candidate is more important to us than a speedy process. We remove the job-ad when filling the position.
