As a participant in OPN since 2016, Merkle is one of the first CEI program members to be recognized for Oracle Responsys in North America.
Oracle launched the CEI partner program in 2017 to accelerate customers’ digital transformation in the cloud. The program recognizes and rewards partners that continually demonstrate expertise, a successful track record, and superior customer satisfaction in delivering high quality Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) Cloud implementations to customers.

Merkle, in collaboration with Samsung Electronics America- Business, was recently awarded a 2018 Oracle Markie Award in the Best Use of Data category. Oracle’s Markie Award recognizes innovation and excellence in modern marketing across the entire customer lifecycle from marketing and commerce to sales and customer service. This honor was presented to Merkle and Samsung at the Oracle’s Modern Customer Experience event this past April 10-12.
