Jon is a Senior Director in Merkle’s Technology Group in North America and is the Platform Owner of the Rapid Audience Layer (RAL). He is responsible for executing on the platform vision as well as driving the development, onboarding and support teams for RAL.
During his time with Merkle, he has held multiple roles that span across product management, leading the DMP implementation practice, heading the digital technology solutions team and building marketing database solutions. He has worked with a variety of companies spanning multiple industries including: Citizens Bank, HBO, Sanofi Aventis, DIRECTV, PNC Bank, and Schneider Electric.
Jon holds a Bachelor's degree from Binghamton University.
