Margaret joined Merkle, now the CRM division of Dentsu Aegis network, for its EMEA launch into the UK market in 2015. Since then she has led the growth platform and been a key figure in Merkle’s impressive growth over the last five years. In 2018, she became Merkle’s Chief Growth Officer for the EMEA region, focussed on lead generation and sales for the agency. She leads a team of Sales and Marketing professionals driving demand generation and business development for their 2200 strong network of marketing professionals.
In 2020, Margaret added to her leadership responsibilities, launching Dentsu’s Technology Alliance programme in the region managing strategic partnerships with Adobe, Salesforce and Google. This team is focussed on technology consultancy and growth which sit as the foundation of Merkle’s CRM services, working across the markets and Dentsu Aegis agencies.
