We promote a work-life balance and aim to ensure our teams are not overworked or overstretched at any point. We truly believe the experiences outside the office can help shape who are team is and the contribution they bring and we encourage people to explore this. Whilst we have a number of agency life perks (monthly deliveroos for all!), we know that the ping pong table upstairs isn’t a substitute for real career benefits but a compliment, and strive to ensure we’re nailing the fundamentals of job satisfaction.

To create our unique culture, we work hard to support and grow our people both inside and outside the office. We ensure from the day people join, they have a buddy to integrate them in the company culture, after a certain period of time this becomes a mentor, to compliment heir training and ensure they are being challenged and their supported on a 1 to 1. We’ve recently rolled out our Ambassador program, allowing people to dedicate time to something they feel strongly interested and passionate about whether that’s scripting, analytics, or YouTube. We also ensure our people et regular feedback and the opportunity to give feedback back. Alongside the training and development, we also regular have team and whole company socials, ranging from a casual Thursday evening event to some legendary Christmas parties.
