Andrew is an IT leader with vast experience in consulting and technology firms.
He took up this seminal role in 2017, tasked with ensuring information technology was fully supporting the growth and successful operations of the business. Andrew is driving strong regional capability in support of Merkle IT’s vision: “To be a trusted advisor enabling the Merkle Enterprise to be the undisputed leader in data-driven, tech-enabled, people-based marketing”.
Andrew oversees internal stakeholders, support teams and infrastructure within the Global IT support framework and also leads a client facing service delivery and application support team.
His responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying global, enterprise-class systems, providing 24/7 support for assigned information technology platforms and ensuring that all solutions are aligned with IT standards and best practices.
Andrew is also responsible for understanding and exploiting current and evolving technologies and trends, developing and utilising change and incident management processes/practices and effectively managing staff utilisation and prioritisation based on evolving business and technology considerations.
Andrew has previously held senior roles at PwC, PA Consulting and Detica.
