
Sewa has a well-rounded background in Digital Marketing spanning the past 5 years, having started off in generalist marketing and broader agency performance media planning positions from early 2017, before transitioning into Digital Experience Management, with a specialised focus on the onsite behaviour and landing page experiences of engaged users.
Her earlier career enabled her strong understanding of data analysis, engagement metrics, user segments, persona identification and consumer behaviour trends which has fed into her empathetic outlook on users’ digital experiences onsite, from a full-funnel perspective.
Outside of Digital Experience, Sewa is a committed member of Merkle’s Ethnicity Pillar, contributing to out-of-the-box thinking for ongoing and new initiatives. This volunteer work is a natural offshoot for Sewa, birthed from her passion and enthusiasm in promoting Merkle’s growth as an ethnically diverse great place to work.
