Merge Strategy can determine the success or failure of an exchange list, co-op, or rental. It can also determine the success of your lapsed donor and how you message to that donor. Join the Arthritis Foundation, Merkle and Epsilon as they talk through the merge strategies that may have worked ten years ago but now need to be revisited for relevancy, cost and performance. What lists should be on Balance? What is Balance? Who should be given priority and when? The panel will evaluate and discuss all of these topics.
