Event Details

We are proud to announce that Merkle's MaryAnn Buoncristiano, VP, Data Solutions, will be speaking at the 12th Annual Bridge to Integrated Marketing & Fundraising Conference taking place August 2 - 4 at the Gaylord National Conference Center.

Bridge 2017 is the premier conference of, by and for fundraising professionals. It's a vast, immersive uniquely comprehensive experience for the latest strategies, techniques and innovations in direct response marketing and fundraising. This year, more than 2,000 of the brightest, boldest and most creative fundraising professionals will gather for three energizing days of dynamic keynotes, panels, workshops, networking and more - all rigorously curated to embolden attendees to push the limits in search of what direct marketing and fundraising can achieve, and enhance personal and professional abilities.

We hope you will join us on Thursday, August 3, from 2:15pm - 3:30pm for the presentation "Life is Never Random: How to Make the Most of Your Merge Strategy". Session details are below.

Our Sessions

Date/Time: 2:15pm, August 3

Merge Strategy can determine the success or failure of an exchange list, co-op, or rental. It can also determine the success of your lapsed donor and how you message to that donor. Join the Arthritis Foundation, Merkle and Epsilon as they talk through the merge strategies that may have worked ten years ago but now need to be revisited for relevancy, cost and performance. What lists should be on Balance? What is Balance? Who should be given priority and when? The panel will evaluate and discuss all of these topics.

By attending this session you will learn:

  • How to evaluate your own merge strategy
  • How to decrease duplication in the merge
  • When there is duplication, how to gain the most knowledge from those names
