Merkle is excited to be hosting two workshops, “The Addressable Customer Experience in Travel” and "Impressions, Clicks, Pins & Likes: Ensuring Visibility in Digital Travel Research"  at this year’s PhoCusWright conference on November 12 in Los Angeles, California.

On Wednesday November 12, from 9:00am - 9:35am,  Adam Audette, Chief Knowledge Officer, RKG | A Merkle Company and Ryan Gibson, EVP, Marketing Strategy, RKG | A Merkle Company will present "Impressions, Clicks, Pins & Likes: Ensuring Visibility in Digital Travel Research."

Also on Wednesday November 12, from 12:00pm - 12:35pm, Matt Naeger, EVP, Digital Strategy, Merkle, Shirli Zelcer, Travel, Media & Entertainment Analytics Lead, Merkle and Andrew Hoeberichts, SVP, Travel, Media & Entertainment Practice, Merkle, will host the workshop "The Addressable Customer Experience in Travel" and will introduce a practical approach to creating addressable customer experiences that are driven by data and founded on consumer insights, planning, and technical execution.
