Seattle Interactive Conference

October 15 - 16

Event Details

Merkle is excited to be part of the Seattle Interactive Conference October 15 - 16 in Seattle, Washington at The Conference Center - Downtown Seattle.

On Wednesday, October 15th, Adam Audette, Chief Knowledge Officer, RKG | A Merkle Company, will present a session titled "SEO for ECommerce: How to Make it Rain Revenue." This session will address the issue of what every ecommerce site wants - revenue and new customers. With a specific focus on organic search, veteran digital marketer Adam Audette walks through the complete picture of driving traffic to ecommerce sites with SEO. This session will focus on enterprise solutions that are scalable, with topics including content, social media, technical considerations, reporting and navigating internal business considerations.

Additionaly, on Thursday October 16th, Merkle's Dan Sundgren, Senior Director, will moderate two sessions.

The first session, "The Future of a Brand", presented by Joanna Lord, VP of Consumer Marketing, Porch, takes place at 9:00am and will cover the future of brand marketing and what it means for marketers today. She will walk through the most loved brands and talk through what makes them great. Tactically, she will run through ways you can set your brand up to be loved by your community and your customers. Most marketers today find themselves at the intersection of community, content, product, and design which is exactly where brilliant brands are built or fail.

The second session, "Social by Design", will be presented by Geoff Colon, Strategic Growth Hacker, Microsoft. Social by design is a product strategy that encourages and facilitates conversation into an ongoing relationship management model. Conversation via content, creativity, product updates and thought leadership is the means by which we express who we are to others while learning and getting feedback from them. Learn the practical steps on how this fundamentally different and new design approach around communications will enable business in the DIY economy.

To wrap up the event, we would love for you to join us for the SIC After Party, Presented by Merkle at Melrose Market Studios just three blocks east of the conference center from 6:00pm - 10:00pm for an evening of networking, complimentary food, drinks, and music.  Your conference badge will be required for entry, if you haven't already, register for the conference today.
