Keynote speakers for this year's event are Jim Warner, board member, investor and consultant focusing on digital media and marketing, Fred Neil, accomplished CRM specialist and Executive Director of Dell's global CRM initiatives and, delivering an intensive session on customer centricity, Dave Frankland, Vice President and Principal Analyst for Forrester Research, Inc.
Mr. Warner has spent 30 years in the media business, including roles as Executive Vice President at Razorfish, Executive Committee Member at aQuantive- Avenue A, President, Primedia Magazine Group at Primedia, President, Television Network at CBS and President, CBS Enterprises at CBS. Mr. Neil has more than 20 years of demonstrated accomplishments in consulting services and client side experience.
