In this role, Boyd will be responsible for the integrated delivery of Merkle’s analytical expertise coupled with its digital marketing capabilities, helping retail and consumer goods companies turn customer insights into long-lasting customer relationships.

Boyd is a seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years experience in developing strategic and successful relationships spanning across digital, database, and direct marketing services. He joins Merkle from Targetbase where he spent over five years as senior vice president, Client Services. Prior to joining Targetbase, he led client engagements with the goal of driving growth and profitability for imc², Avenue A, and Agency.com.
