In this role, Tennhardt will help guide Merkle’s clients in the insurance space in CRM deployment and ensure the businesses possess the tools and training to generate sales. He will also lead growth efforts for the TSG insurance practice.

Tennhardt has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, including serving as a partner and leader of Accenture’s Insurance and Wealth Management Analytics practice, Customer Data Management practice and Financial Services Marketing Automation practice. He built Accenture’s Insurance and Wealth Management analytics practice from the ground up and helped clients excel through his knowledge of analytics, business intelligence and data management and integration. Prior to Accenture, he started a marketing service provider and served as the CEO, focusing on customer data integration and marketing services for the financial services industry and expanding the company’s customer base to more than 100 companies.
