Merkle Names Mike Goldin as SVP and GM, Health

Merkle (merkleinc.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven performance marketing agency, announced the appointment of Mike Goldin to senior vice president and general manager of Merkle’s Health practice. In this role, Goldin will be responsible for establishing Merkle’s strategic vision and innovative solutions that support the company’s health clients.

Mike Goldin, is an accomplished marketing executive with nearly 25 years of experience building brands using a 360-degree approach to marketing across digital, CRM, mobile, promotional, and traditional marketing channels. He joins Merkle from Young & Rubicam Group (Y&R) in New York City, where he was the senior vice president, group director for the Health practice. His responsibilities included driving the overall practice growth, business oversight, client relationship management, staff recruitment, and succession planning. Prior to Y&R, Goldin was senior vice president at Wunderman in Washington, DC, where he led client services across strategic accounts and the implementation of award-winning marketing programs. Prior to his roles at Y&R and Wunderman, Goldin developed his passion for creating dynamic, multichannel marketing and promotional campaigns at Midwest-based ad agencies, ZLR Ignition and Grant/Jacoby, Inc., where he developed his skills in broadcast, print media and direct marketing. Mike received a Bachelor of Science from Bradley University.
