The National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s (NMSS) donor-centric program, sponsored by the CMO/CDO, funded an organization-wide initiative to re-center around the constituent. The program exceeded goals and delivered a direct response program that grew from 1% of total giving revenue to 13%. Orchestrating an integrated, targeted, personalized fundraising program led to more relevant donor experience and higher donor affinity – a crucial goal for every giving program.
