As SVP of Marketing at Merkle, Dalton is responsible for overseeing Merkle’s lead-generation program to drive growth. In this role, she’s significantly increased the number of qualified sales leads and created award-winning campaigns, such as the Digital Bowl. Before this, Dalton was the CMO of RKG, a search and digital agency acquired by Merkle in 2014. Over the course of her career, she has served as CMO & Head of Social at Havas PR & Havas Health, and spent 12 years in Asia in business development and marketing roles. A mandarin speaker, Dalton has worked with clients such as Lenovo, Unilever, J&J, Pernod Ricard, Anna Sui and Coca-Cola.
