With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic account management at Merkle, Eric is a trusted advisor to many of Merkle’s top clients. He is a senior member of Merkle’s Client Success Group and is responsible for overall client management, account planning, sales and delivery and serves as the primary liaison between the client and Merkle on all key matters relating to client satisfaction and delivery. Eric continues to manage several key client relationships, including NBC Universal, Feld Entertainment and Cedar Fair Entertainment. What Eric loves most about the Travel & Entertainment sector is the people and different brands he engages and ultimately seeing them fulfill their vision for creating a more recognizable and personalized experience through our people based marketing principles.
Throughout his career at Merkle, Eric has managed the relationships for a wide mix of clients including GEICO, Sony, Traveler’s, The Hartford, AARP, DIRECTV, Nationwide, Hilton Grand Vacation and Royal.
