Eugene is responsible for Merkle’s data practice, leading analytics, product, data strategy and delivery. He holds a wealth of expertise in developing and launching data solutions and technology platforms that enhance global, next-generation digital capabilities. Eugene’s vision of designing data management platforms that enable marketers to gain control over their data and drive ROI through programmatic targeting is key to enhancing Merkle’s strong foundation in data. Prior to his role at Merkle, Eugene served as the SVP of product & business development at eXelate, a Nielsen Company, where he led the development and commercialization of software solutions for data targeting, modeling, and insight applications. Previously, Eugene held leadership positions in directing analytics for Xaxis, MRM/McCann World Group and Pfizer, in addition to overseeing database marketing for United Insurance Companies.
