
Jen is a Senior Vice President, senior client partner at Merkle and has been with Merkle since 2018. She has over 20 years’ experience in retail, both on the agency and corporate side with a strong focus on brand strategy, CRM and digital activation. She’s managed a variety of teams and accounts across CPG, restaurant and retail brands. Since joining Merkle, Jen has focused on people-based marketing initiatives with her clients to support their business goals of personalization.
