Jennifer Capistran leads analytics for the Retail & Automotive vertical. She has over 15 years of experience in marketing analytics and has been with for Merkle for the past twelve years, spanning across a mix of retail and digital analytics positions. Currently, her time is spent developing analytical solutions for existing and prospective clients as well as managing the ongoing analytics relationships of several accounts. Her focus is helping to bring both personalization and measurable performance to her clients. She is a past award winner of DM News 40 Under 40 award. Prior to Merkle, she worked for the analytics department of several financial services companies. Jennifer resides in the greater Boston area and holds an MBA with a concentration in Market Strategy from Duke University along with an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Bowdoin College.
