As the Director of Training, Joy builds upon her years of training experience in PPC, as she coordinates the training programs for all of Merkle | RKG’s services.
Joy Barberio joined Merkle | RKG in the spring of 2004. As one of the first few hires, she has seen the company build over the years, and, as a result, has a strong knowledge of the ever-changing industry. During her time at Merkle | RKG, she has worked with many different clients, including a few Fortune 500 companies. Her attention to detail and obsession with exceeding client expectations make her a great analyst. She has been a Team Lead, and is responsible for developing the training program and materials that have helped make Merkle | RKG’s paid search service an industry leader.
Joy has been a guest lecturer at UVA, and has participated in recruiting events at the University-level. She is also a contributing author to the Merkle | RKG Blog.
Joy holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
