As Vice President and Client Partner of Merkle’s Nonprofit practice, Joyce brings a sincere commitment to serving clients by both identifying and solving their marketing challenges. She provides keen insight for defining strategy and developing solutions based on revenue objectives and desired outcomes. In her role at Merkle, Joyce serves as a strategic partner to nonprofit clients by leveraging her solutions-based expertise, and by providing guidance and actionable recommendations based on data insights.
Joyce brings over 20 years of direct-marketing experience across many industries: nonprofit, consumer goods, retail, healthcare, and travel & entertainment. Her extensive background includes client relationship leadership roles at Epsilon, DATCRE Marketing, and Ferrellgas/Blue Rhino.
She received her bachelor’s degree in advertising/marketing from Grand View University in Des Moines Iowa, and has been a long-standing member of the Direct Marketing Association.
