Starting in the catalog and direct mail industry, Kristine extended direct marketing principals and analytics to the then-emerging digital space and loyalty programs. Whether on the client or agency side, she leads data-driven decisions focused on improving key business results — and has expand that success both in the US and globally.
Prior to joining Merkle, Kristine was part of the executive team at Trueffect — a start-up digital ad technology and media buying company focused on direct response advertising. There she developed an account management practice and company-wide strategies to leverage display as an addressable and measurable marketing channel. Prior to Trueffect, Kristine was the global lead for the Retail and CPG practice at FICO. Over the course of her career, Kristine has worked globally with Procter and Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company; and domestically with other great companies such as Sam’s Club, Match.com, H&R Block, Ancestry.com, ConAgra Foods, lowermybills.com and Best Buy.
