Lauren joined the Merkle Digital Messaging team in 2017 and serves as an Associate Director. She has over nine years of marketing experience working for global marketing technology leaders. She has used her vast experience to help gain pharmaceutical email marketing process efficiencies and decrease time to market while continuing to meet regulatory quality KPIs. In the last year, Lauren helped her clients reduce production timelines by 33%, onboarded a top-15 global pharmaceutical company, and achieved deliverability success ensuring vital messages made it to the customer’s inbox.
Lauren has a B.S. in Mass Communication from the University of Central Arkansas and an MA in Applied Communication Studies from the University of Arkansas. When the digital world is calm, she spends time on the family farm with her husband and two girls, where they raise beef cattle and groom a pecan orchard along the Arkansas River.
