Lloyd is Senior Vice President and Client Partner leading major client relationships in Merkle's High Tech practice.  He has over two decades of experience in database marketing and demand generation.  One of his primary objectives is the creation of our overall value proposition and ensuring Merkle is meeting the needs of the high tech marketplace.  Lloyd joined through Merkle's acquisition of New Control, a digital creative agency, where he spent 8 years leading their San Francisco office. 

Prior to that, Lloyd was at Oracle where he was Senior Director of Database Marketing.  His responsibilities included global demand generation and sales enablement across Oracle's application product suite.  This included campaign creation and channel programs across commercial and SMB accounts.  In previous lives, he also worked at Wunderman and Havas with clients such as Lucent Technologies, Xerox, Peoplesoft, Salesforce, and others.
